To change your address:
- Login to your existing account.
- Go to “My account”.
- Enter your new address.
- Enter your 4-digit PIN and click “Enter“
- Tap/click on “Save Changes“
- A confirmation message will confirm your new address has been saved.
If you have moved to another country, please send an email to email@example.com copy of your government-issued ID and a copy of a recent utility bill or bank statement clearly showing your full name, new address, and statement date (no older than 3 months).
