As part of our Responsible Gaming and KYC practices, when you request a withdrawal, we will ask that your account is verified.

Mobile Phone Verification

  1. Login to your account.
  2. Select Cashier from the menu.
  3. Select the ‘Payout’ tab.
  4. At this point you will be presented with phone verification pop-up.
  5. Check that the registered phone number is correct.
  6. Click on ‘Send code to…‘ button
  7. We will send a verification code to your phone.
  8. Enter the 4 digit code.
  9. Your account should be verified and you may continue with your payout request.
