Payouts: request rejected help

The two most usual reasons for withdrawal rejections are:

  1. Wagering or rollover requirement not met. Follow these instructions to calculate your rollover. If you think you’re getting close to being eligible for a payment, contact MyBookie Support and we’ll let you know if you’ve met the rollover requirement of your bonus.
  2. MyBookie account is not verified. We should have asked for SMS phone validation and/or identity documents.
  3. For Bank Wire payouts, a reason for rejection is that invalid banking information.  Click here for details on how to resolve this.
