We are occasionally contacted by customers with uncommon issues with our Bet Slip.
To address any issues with your betting experience, please make sure that you are logged in to your MyBookie account. Additionally, please ensure that you are using the latest version of the Google Chrome browser to guarantee a better experience.
- “Place Bet” button missing: Check that your ‘zoom’ is set to 100%. Zomm level may make the button invisible. Additionally, look for the “Accept New Odds” button and click on it. If you don’t see the button, refresh the page. If this doesn’t solve the issue contact us.
- No buttons on the Bet Slip. This occurs when the pick added to the Bet Slip is no longer available. Ask the customer to close the Betslip, that will reveal a message stating the event is no longer available. If the problem persists please contact us.
We have three channels open:
- Click on MyBookie Contact Us form. From there, choose the topic for your reason to contact us, fill in your registered email on file, and include your message.
- You may also contact us via chat. Click on the chat button on the right corner of your screen.

We may ask for any combination of your account number, first four characters of the password, phone number, registered email, and full name.
