Baseball/MLB betting Rules

  1. In the case of a postponed game all markets are considered void unless the game continues to an official result on the scheduled day.
  2. In the case of an abandoned game that is not considered official all undecided markets are considered void unless the game continues to an official result on the scheduled day. All fully decided markets will be settled.
  3. All bets stand irrespective of starting pitchers or starting pitcher changes (Note we do have a configuration option in Ctrl for MLB games which if enabled will void markets if there is a change to the starting pitcher).
  4. Bets on players where game is marked as postponed or cancelled in game state before the scheduled start time shall be left with pending status and resulted if the game starts within 72 hours of the original (global game time) scheduled start time. If game does not start within 72 hours, bets shall be voided.
  5. If the game does not start at the scheduled time, all related player markets bets shall still be available for auto verification, unless the game starts > 72 hours after original scheduled time.
  6. All bets created prior to a venue change shall be voided.
  7. If the game starts but is abandoned or suspended at any time before the game reaches a natural end and the game does not resume within 5 hours, then all bets on that player shall be voided.
  8. If any player selected for any bet type does not participate in game, then all bets on that player shall be voided.
  9. If a player was not in the starting lineup the bet will be voided.
  10. All Player Markets include extra innings for bet resulting.
  11. The game must go at least 8.5 innings for bets to stand. Otherwise, all bets will be voided.
  12. Winner (incl. extra innings), the Winner market will be settled for pre-game if the game goes at least 5 innings (4.5 if home team is leading) and is considered official.
  13. Winning margin (incl. extra innings), the game must go the full number of scheduled innings otherwise the market will be voided.
  14. Handicap, the game must go the full number of scheduled innings otherwise the market will be voided.
  15. Total (incl. extra innings), all markets, the game must go the full number of scheduled innings otherwise the market will be voided unless the over outcome has already won.
  16. Odd/even (incl. extra innings) The game must go the full number of scheduled innings otherwise the market will be voided.
  17. Race to x runs (incl. extra innings) Will be voided if neither team reaches the x value.
  18. Will there be an extra inning, the game must go the full number of scheduled innings otherwise the market will be voided.
  19. Competitor1 to bat in 9th inning, the game must go the full number of scheduled innings otherwise the market will be voided.
  20. Team to win more innings, the game must go the full number of scheduled innings otherwise the market will be voided.
  21. Team with highest scoring inning, the game must go the full number of scheduled innings otherwise the market will be voided.
  22. Highest scoring inning, the game must go the full number of scheduled innings otherwise the market will be voided.
  23. Innings 1 to 5, all markets, the game must have completed 5 innings (4.5 if home team is leading).
  24. Innings 1 to 5 – Total, all markets, the game must have completed 5 innings (4.5 if home team is leading) unless over has already won.
  25. xth inning – 1×2, the inning must be completed. In the event of a tie, draw will be settled as the winner.
  26. xth inning – Total The inning must be completed unless over has already won.
  27. Maximum consecutive runs by either team, the game must go scheduled number of innings unless 5+ has already won.
  28. When will the game be decided, the game must go scheduled number of innings. This market will be settled as “any extra inning” if at the end of regular time (after full 9 Innings) the game finishes in a draw, regardless of whether or not extra innings are played.
  29. When will the xth run be scored (incl. extra innings) The game must go scheduled number of innings. If a game ends before the Xth run is reached this market is considered void.
  30. xth inning –Home Team to score, the inning must be completed unless home team have already scored.
  31. xth inning – Away Team to score, the inning must be completed unless away team have already scored.
  32. Total hits (incl. extra innings), all markets, the game must go scheduled number of innings unless over has already won at time game ends.
  33. 1st inning – total hits, all markets, the 1st inning must be completed unless over has already won.
  34. Innings 1 to 5 – total hits, all markets, the game must have completed 5 innings (4.5 if home team is leading) unless over has already won.
  35. Total home runs (incl. extra innings), all markets, game must go scheduled number of innings unless over has already won at time game ends.
  36. 1st inning – Winner The 1st inning must be completed. 28. Race to x runs (incl. extra innings) If a game ends before the Xth run is reached this market is considered void.
  37. Will there be an extra inning Market will be settled as “Yes” if at the end of regular time (after full 9 Innings) the game finishes in a draw, regardless of whether or not extra innings are played.
  38. Total Bases: Wagers on total bases are settled according to adding up all hits that a player makes as Single = 1 Base, Double = 2, Triple = 3, Home Run = 4
  39. Regular Season Wins: Team must play 160 games for the wager to be official.
  40. Series Betting: Wagers on the winner of a series are always Action. If less than 3 games are played (due to postponement), the team leading the series will be considered the winner. All games used for grading purposes must be official on the Moneyline. Bets on Post Season Series are based on the team to win the series, regardless of how many games are played.
  41. Grand Salami: All wagers are Action and must go 9 innings to be official, or 8.5 innings if the home team is leading. All Grand Salami bets are graded “No Action” if any game is postponed or canceled.
  42. Division winner wagers are graded according to regular season results.
  43. American League and National League Champion wagers include playoffs unless otherwise stated.
  44. Non-MLB: For wagers on the Little League World Series and World Baseball Classic, in the event of a Mercy Rule decision, wagers will be settled according to the score at the time the Mercy Rule is applied.
  45. For KBO baseball, Double Headers will not have extra innings. Bets will be settled according to the score at the completion of 9 innings for each game. For each doubleheader, the Moneyline will have action after 5 innings (4.5 if the home team is winning). The Runline and Total will have action after 9 innings (8.5 if the home team is winning). In the event of a tie in a double header game, all moneyline wagers will be settled as a push with totals and runlines settled according to the official final score.
  46. For Mexican Baseball: Rule of the six and a half innings (6½ innings rule):
    Bets on ‘Totals’ and ‘Handicap’ (for games of 7 innings): The game must last at least 7 full innings (or six and a half if the home team goes winning) for bets to stand. Please note that gamees that have been canceled will not take place. In the event that the ‘Mercy rule’ is applied, all bets will be settled based on the current score. Please note that suspended gamees will not be resumed.
  47. All grading disputes will be settled using MLB.com as the official source.

Live Betting

  1. Possible extra innings are not considered in any market unless otherwise stated.
  2. The names of the markets do not reflect the actual terms used in baseball.
  3. All markets will be cleared according the final result after 9 innings (8 ½ innings if home team is leading at this point)
  4. If a game is interrupted or cancelled and won’t be continued on the same day, all undecided markets are considered void.
  5. If markets remain open with an incorrect score or incorrect game status which has a significant impact on the prices, we reserve the right to void betting
  6. Which team wins race to x points? If an inning ends before the Xth point is reached (incl. extra innings), this market is considered void.
  7. When will the game be decided? Market will be settled as “Any extra inning” if at the end of regular time
  8. Will there be overtime? Market will be settled as “Yes” if at the end of regular time (After full 9 Innings) the game finishes in a draw, regardless of whether or not overtime (Extra innings) is played.
  9. Result of player xth time at bat If an intentional walk is signaled, it will count as plate appearance and market is considered void.
  10. Player to strike out xth time at bat If an intentional walk is signaled, it will count as plate appearance and market is considered void.
