1. Wagers on the outcome of an election will be settled according to the votes cast and counted at the time of the election, and not according to any judicial action.
2. Wagers will be settled according to who is publicly announced as the winner after the election results are counted.
3. In the event that a candidate does not wish to concede the Election and no winner is formally announced, wagers will be graded based on who is sworn in to the elected office at the time of the swearing in.
4. If a candidate is no longer in the position to run for the election, or is not included on any official ballots, wagers on that candidate have action and will be settled accordingly.
