    1. Wagers on the moneyline are official after 5 innings of play or 4.5 innings if the home team is leading.
    2. Runline and Total wagers are official after 9 innings of play, or 8.5 innings if the home team is leading. If a game is cancelled before 9 innings have been completed, all wagers on the runline and total will be graded “No Action” and funds will be returned to the account holder.
    3. In the case that a game is cancelled or suspended in extra innings, the score will be determined according to the result of the last full inning, unless the home team scores to tie or takes the lead in the bottom of the inning, in which case the score will be determined at the time the game is called.
    4. Extra innings count toward all wagers unless otherwise specified in the bet description.
    5. If a pitching change occurs prior to the first pitch of the game being thrown, wagers on the runline and total will be graded “No Action”. Moneyline wagers will be settled according to the wagering option you select when placing your bet:
      1. Action: A wager on a team regardless of who throws the first pitch. For action wagers, when a pitching change occurs, the odds on your wager will be adjusted to reflect the closing odds associated to the new starting pitcher.
      2. Listed: For listed pitchers, your wager will be graded as “No Action” if the pitcher which you selected does not start the game. You can select one or both starting pitchers to be listed at the time of placing your wager.
    6. 5th Inning Wagers: 5th inning wagers are official once 5 full innings are complete, or 4.5 innings if the home team is leading.
    7. Team props are always Listed Pitchers and are official after 9 full innings of play, or 8.5 innings if the home team is leading with the exception of the following:
      1. Will there be a run scored in the 1st inning: Wagers are official after the first inning is complete.
      2. Total 1st Inning Hits+Runs+Errors: Wagers are official after the first inning is complete.
      3. 1st Inning Total Runs: Wagers are official after the first inning is complete.
      4. Team to score first: Wager is official once either team scores. In the event that neither team scores before the game is postponed, all wagers will be graded “No Action”
      5. Any proposition related to a specific inning has action so long as the inning is completed.
    8. Player props are always Listed Pitchers and are official after 9 full innings of play, or 8.5 innings if the home team is leading with the exception of the following:
      1. Over/Under propositions where the player has gone over the total related to their personal performance. For wagers on the under, the game must go 9 full innings of play or 8.5 innings if the home team is leading.

    10. Total Bases: Wagers on total bases are settled according to adding up all hits that a player makes as Single = 1 Base, Double = 2, Triple = 3, Home Run = 4
    11. Non-MLB: For wagers on the Little League World Series and World Baseball Classic, in the event of a Mercy Rule decision, wagers will be settled according to the score at the time the Mercy Rule is applied.
    12. Regular Season Wins: Team must play 160 games for the wager to be official.
    13. Series Betting: Wagers on the winner of a series are always Action and are settled according to the first 3 games played regardless of whether or not those games were part of the originally scheduled series. If less than 3 games are played (due to postponement), the team leading the series will be considered the winner. All games used for grading purposes must be official on the moneyline. Bets on Post Season Series are based on the team to win the series, regardless of how many games are played.
    14. Grand Salami: All wagers are Action and must go 9 innings to be official, or 8.5 innings if the home team is leading. All Grand Salami bets are graded “No Action” if any game is postponed or cancelled.
    15. Division winner wagers are graded according to regular season results.
